  1. Why use higher quality when it doesn't matter? Higher quality takes longer to upload, and longer to download, and a lot of stuff can't even handle HD without delay. I mean, I know this computer can't handle 4K, so what would be the point in taking forever to upload at that level if hardly anyone could use it and would be automatically redirected to a lower setting? I know much more stuff can handle regular HD settings- but the point is the same- these videos are quick top 10 lists, not graphical showcases. That said, if the point of the top 10 IS graphics or effects, then yes, they should upload in the highest quality possible.
