  1. Ahh, number 1... just a bad pun, on Mike Tyson. You really think Capcom would have realigned the names ages ago instead of sticking with the stupid name switching into eternity. Though, with the exception of M.Bison, I like the US alignment better... they just needed to come up with something else for him.

  2. Due to M.Bison being an obvious legal issue... in some places: M.Bison -> Balrog Balrog -> Vega Vega -> M.Bison Should have just renamed M.Bison into something else way back in '92. Though, I do like Balrog for the boxer and Vega for the mask and claw guy personally. Just needed to get rid of the name M.Bison totally.

  4. Ryu Hiroshi It would have been great... but they didn't even have to do it then. Final Fantasy realigned their numbers... some people were confused for a bit, but I mean, once they realized they were really going to push internationally it made sense to realign. And Nintendo realigned Princess Toadstool into Princess Peach. These weren't done right away... but they fixed it. Even if they screwed it up at first there was time to fix it. I mean, they still could, but now it already has DECADES of entrenchment.
