  1. We'd call basically every city in the US a hole of you know what so what's the big deal? This includes places like San Diego and San Francisco which SHOULD be beautiful but you have to watch where you're walking or you might step on something. It's kinda the point. I had a paramedic friend who volunteered after Maria. He said it was great for about 1-2 days until the local government ground progress to a crawl in order to play politics.
