Just wondering, have you been washing hands for 20+ seconds every single time these past 4 months?

Go watch the actual footage. Also check your facts.

@riggamorrischan I was but then it started inflaming my https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irritant_contact_dermatitis causing chafing and bleeding and I needed to start using clobetasol again. So now I try to wash hands responsibly rather than obsessively.

And if you really have, good. But then I would suggest you remember that as soon as you touch your face, your mask, your cellphone, your wallet or anything else that you haven't cleaned right then, your hands switch from clean to dirty. If you touched your mask, etc, then you can touch any of your stuff but as soon as you want to touch something public that people might touch you should wash your hands first. If you touched something public and then want to adjust your mask or itch your face or look at your cellphone, you have to wash your hands again first. It's still the 20 seconds. This is if you care about not spreading stuff. If you're just doing 20 seconds after taking a crap well that's kind of like putting a mask on when you feel like you're about to sneeze.

No. It's just be a different crime. The confrontation would happen, gun or not. Maybe a murder. It wouldn't make the news very long though. Maybe just assault. Maybe sexual assault. And ignoring that first confrontation and starting from the second... There's an illegal weapon involved. If Kyle didn't have his legal weapon he'd have been shot himself.

He's retreating for the whole thing.... even the very first shot was during a retreat (when he was momentarily cornered and the guy was grabbing for the gun, to be clear). The second confrontation occurs because he falls over, during his retreat, and is then mobbed by 3 people. 2 are shot, including one with a gun. A fourth person raises his hands, and Kyle leaves him alone. Kyle then continues his retreat to the police.
