  1. I probably wouldn't mind if the speed limiter was set to what the actual safe speed is (not the posted, which apart from a rather small number of curves is much lower). But who runs that system, what are the limits (do you attempt to cover the entire world?) and what are the failsafes when the technology hiccups?

  2.  @jackh3242  Speed tables are a good compromise for emergency vehicles. There is a lot of variability in bumps; some of them basically force you to stop, if you don't want to mess up your suspension.
