  20. There is no white privilege but there is white racism and black racism and Asian racism. Asians are the most racist in my opinion. They hate outsiders. If only Asians get hired in Asian businesses, that is Asian racism that favors Asians being hired there. Privilege? Maybe. But do white people want to work with Asians? No. Do black people want to work with white people. No. Do black people want to hire white people? No. So what’s the loss? None. It all works itself out.
