@customera7945 no, it is older. As ukrainian writer Kurkov, explained. There is a different mentality. In Russia leaders stay in office until they die, like royalty, like tsars. In Ukraïne they vote for leaders and change them. Same pattern as hundreds of years ago. There are deeply devoted christians in the ortodox church too, but now they are threatened and silenced.
