@Pifagorass on a surface level, it looks similar. Historically, there has been a ukrainian statehood which Russia also branched out from, looking back to kievan rus". Palestine has been colonized land since the Massada Suicides, and the exiling of jews. There are palestinians AND jews who want to live in peace as neighbors. I hope they survive. 17:41

@Pifagorass I originally learned about this as a Russian student. I recognize yours as the ukrainian version, maybe just updated, since I was a student. I welcome that Ukraine has become more visible and confident. Still, both versions accept that there first was a statehood based in Kyiv. Have you looked into moscovite, if you will, genealogy? I am curious. I have learned a good deal from Timothy Snyder and Anna from Ukraine.

Wow, you did get dramatic responses. I did not completely agree with you, but there were three points where we seem to coincide. 1. The bombing of Gaza reminds me of the bombing of Mariupol. . Yes, good reason to wonder how and why. Judging from photos it seems that the demolition is even worse in Gaza. Or are ukrainian builders better craftsmen? Other explanations? . 2. Bombing children to death is horrendous. Especially when you know so well. ?? . 3. The similarity in explanations has puzzled me too. . I have been listening also to palestinians and israelis who are intent on sharing this land of theirs, as I did not want to add to the animosity. Despite the similarities I have come to the conclusion that the situation differs. One is the matter of size. The largest country on earth wanting to devour the largest country in Europe. Yes, Z-mindset reminds me of carnivore compared to one of the tiniest statehoods in the world harshly defending itself against an even smaller statehood. One wise person said that you cannot expect the opposing parties in a war to think humanly of the other, but we who are not directly threatened must keep a balance. I cannot deny that israelis feel they are fighting for life. There are mixed messages about palestinians, but there is no doubt that also are suffering enormously with a higher death toll.

@svjatoslavblokhin1178 Yes, I know the scholars teaching us, knew something that wasn't official, and they, were critical of teaching material. I understand more of that now. Reading between the lines became a necessary skill.
