Palestinians agree or are terrified. . I find it likely you have some local insight. . Horrible things are being said and quoted ..

I have been guessing that weapons to Israel are about resistance to Iran.

@mimo.1467 what did THAT mean? Many Jews, especially people I know, put a high value on empathy. Can you explain that emoji?
2
@ohmygollyjoshrubin I guess this is essential.

@romamak2367 As to comparison: While ukrainians really were reduced. There were 80 millions a hundred years ago. Still, the israelites grew in numbers while in Egypt under the Faraos, they were still oppressed. But even that was not genocide.

I think this is important. In every legal discussion there is a right to speak your viewpoints and contradict the accusations. Yes, there are new facts here. I am deeply sorry for all the suffering in your region.

Yes, even in my country, young people talk i favor of Hitler.

@Peaceonearth2024 I think the death toll of children is really shocking. The health workers who are no good liars, but devoted to their calling.. etc.

Very interesting.

I appreciate your perspective, which is very clear. What I miss is what Nobel Iiterature prize winner called «In honor of self-depreciation». There are so many reports of the cruelty of the other from both sides. I sincerely wish you peace and a future, that includes all who live between Jordan and the Mediterranean. It is hard to fathom what is going on in the lives of all you who live there. I hope I never will fully understand. I get that you all are under a lot of pressure.

We do care. Even people who support the existence of Israel care. Even Jews care. My cousin has been to Hebron with Doctors without borders. We support Doctors without borders. And A lot of us care about the future of Israel.

How do you think refugees and immigrants should be treated?
1
20-30% are not like that, I guess, I hope .. Pretty shocking expressions you showed us, clearly genocidal. We get to know more about the genocidal speech of some israelis, though.

Interesting. Since I like new facts that give a different angle. I am no historian. . I feel there is a need to tread gently versus muslims. I just wonder to whom and how I share this content. Because I do not want to spread hatred.

You mention before 1948. There are newer accounts. Can these all be explained by losing a war? Especially newer accounts from the West Bank or Hebron/Samaria and home evictions from East Jerusalem? . Harrasment from Jewish settlers. I'd like to have your explanations about what really is going on.

I really enjoyed this tour. Thanks. May peace start from somewhere.

To your first question: I have fb-friends. They are caring people who also care about curds, afghans, refugees. I have blocked friends who use laughing emojis on description of human suffering. Sadly, I have blocked some pro-israelis based on heartless emojis. I cannot explain why this cause gains so much attention. But having followed the siege of Mariupol, the bombardement of Gaza seems worse. I also have more longstanding relations with jews. Some of them wholeheartedly support the palestinian case. "Not in our name". I have spoken to one yemenite, as far så I know. I do not know any pro-palestian, who does not care about other causes. Talking about peace and future for all those who live between the river to the sea, I get positive responses. Then there are these wild young men..

@mimo.1467 I know. But your point was?

I use the name Palestinians for practical reasons. I mean by that the dwellers between the river Jordan and the Mediterranean sea that are not israelis. . I guess it all has to do with palestinians being better educated as a whole, and perhaps having a more resourceful diaspora. I cannot answer for their animosity, I cannot explain it. I guess there are differences, but to me treating immigrants and refugees well, and to protect their rights is important. What is the difference between UN-refugees and israelis living on UN-designated land. I have no idea if this angle could lead to more peace and understanding, or if it is even useful. It is just a thought. Of course, immigrants and refugees need to adhere to local laws, and respect those who are indigenous to a normal reciprocated degree.

I have been wondering: "What do you think about Tsvi Misingai"?
1
I enjoy that you challenge our mindsets. Making us think is important. In Norway the worst terrorist we have ever had, claimed to be a Christian, protecting our country against "multiculturalism". An old jew I used to know, pointed out that connection to me. So any faith can turn fanatic. I want to live peacefully in a multicultural neighborhood. My focus is on that. If I share this video, it might fuel rightwing terrorism. On the other hand, the teachers at a nearby school handled a case when a young muslim talked about killing a girl because she "is a jew". It was an episode. Thanks to wise non-judgemental intervention nothing more happened. . We have prominent muslims who are very clear that anti-semittism is not the way. So I guess that living peacefully with each other is an ongoing process, also a very cultural thing. And the sense of having a right to fair treatment, no matter your background is one of its foundations.

What is the reality of the Christians who live in Bethlehem, and the arabs who according to Tsvi Misingai have jewish customs, showing their shared origin in the region? Having said that, it seems to me that those who claim that there is apartheid live on the West Bank and Gaza. Some bad things are happening there. People who originally were very much in favor of Israel, say so. Some mention IDF taking over homes, and settlers taking over property, and preventing farmers from caring for their olive trees. That cannot have been reported out of nothing. .. It seems to me that the two state solution probably only aggravates this.
