  4.  @OtherBarak  quite common and normal reaction to the extreme experience. I have experienced that myself. People who have no first-hand experience cannot do much about. Someone with similar knowledge might be able to. Sometimes guilt is what helps you feel some connection. I am no therapist, though. Anyone may listen, though. Maybe respond that they are happy you survived.
