  1. Super interesting. The shock of what was happening in Russia got me in the emergency room. I was adviced by my GP to avoid everything about Ukraine and Russia. I guess she wanted me to restore a sense of safety. I have been drawn to news, presented by humans who deal with it emotionally. Making sense of what is happening seems to calm me. I felt terrible about not folloeing the GP's advice, and it ended with conflict and a change of GP.
