  3. Think about it. A few people following a pro trader's strategy won't make him lose his edge. He'll make more money selling his course than he will lose from a few other people following his strategy. Especially if he only trades large-cap companies.

  4. Yes, which is stupid. No reason adults shouldn't be allowed to engage with this stuff. They know what they're getting into. It's like ponzi schemes. If they're upfront about being a ponzi scheme, I don't think it should be illegal, but I think it would be illegal.
