  38. I drive in the Chicago area 8 hrs 5 days a week. Its horrible 25% of the people out there should not be driving. No traffic laws are enforced anymore. I go 10 over the limit and everyone is passing me up including the big trucks. Remember when a drivers license was a privilege not a right. Damn liberals.
