But you got half right actually it should be vietnam and china should be blame why the cambodian genocide happend if the NVA and the Viet Cong did not enter cambodia the US bommings won't happend and the Khmer Rouge won't be put in power in 4/17/1975 the Khmer Rouge only increase its number due to NVA and Viet Cong presence and also the reason why the cambodian monarchy replaced by a pro-us regime(khmer republic) and US bommings. The vietnamese also train and supply weapons and ammunition to the Khmer Rouge and the Chinese aswell supplying weapons and ammunition.
