Still it doesn't matter how modern technology you had if you don't had a good strategy,tactics and logistics you would failed just like Russia, they do had modern military but there logistics is bad which is why there invasion of Ukraine did not go according to there plan and same aswell with Taliban in Afghanistan the Afghan Armed Forces failed to defend there territory against the Taliban which is why they where defeated plus the Afghan National Army and Afghan Air Force had a weapons and military assets to defeat the Taliban because of there incompetent and corrupt leadership they lost
