  8.  @2021ruber  those military aid where not even useful. tanks,AFV,vehicles are not even useful without gas, Artillery doesn't even had enough ammunition same aswell with guns ammunitions are the problem, in reality is those military aid are useless, even there aircrafts doesn't have enough gas to fly, spareparts where also to a problem. South vietnam can held there country and even defend it, if the president at that time didn't call for a withdrawal in Central Highlands the South vietnam would not fall.
