  8. I have to chime in on the commercial air conditioning. All the buildings use chilled water and hot water. But the buildings actually don't need much heat at all because of all the internal heat sources. The only Innovations here are efficiency and putting everything on the internet. He might be referring to the mini splits which are used in smaller buildings.
