Unlike Modi, Zelensky has a spine. Modi wish he could have a spine just like Xi. When Modi summons his "big tech" CEOs of India and met up with them, he came to a realization that those Indian "big tech" CEOs of India look like "small tech" in front of USA. There is no cards he could play against tariffs such as rare earth, world's factory, US bonds, 1 trillion dollar trade surplus, core technologies such as EV batteries (CATL being world leader) and drones (DJI being world leader) and so on.
