You know which country contributes the tech (Russia) and which country contributes the money (India). Just like this cure for leukaemia? Read the video description? The researchers and inventors of this cure are Hong Kong Chinese but the "investigator/verifier" to find out whether if this cure works is an Indian/India. Indian/India made no such invention and so why is this interviewee an Indian/India rather than the real inventors/researchers of this cure?
