Why was Chinese scientist named, "Qian Xuesen" and " Dr. Chien-Shiung Wu", handpicked and selected to participate in the "Manhattan Project" but not Indian scientist even though they have closer ties to the West due to the British Raj? IQ matters. Oh wait, is he one of the co-founders of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) and the first director of the Daniel and Florence Guggenheim Jet Propulsion Center at Caltech too? Is he widely acknowledged for his work on rocket propulsion and his contribution to the US missile programme during the Second World War? Why no Indians?
