  2. This isn’t even the legal definition of vigilantism. Vigilantes would mean he responded after everything went down on the train. Not while he was still on the train threatening people.

  3. The self-defense argument from Chenk doesn’t surprise me. The left always like you have to use equal force in self-defense. So for example using your analogy, if he said knife instead of gun, the left thinks you can’t use a gun. It is a dumb standard.
