  1. No China wouldn't a ban because it just has the US Navy in it. Taiwan however is a immediate ban from them along with Tiamen Square, the Dala Lhama, Tibet, the Uyghur concentration camps, Manchuria and using Winne The Pooh in internet memes.

  4. Not lately it has a been a thing for a few years as both Vietnam and the Philippines along Malasyia banned Abominable for the same reason and Vietnam also banned Uncharted.

  5. Except that doesn't preclude compromise or making movies that depict the US military negatively. We still have been all sorts of anti-American US movies despite those regulations. Hell even Indepedence Day which is a distinctly pro-American movie couldn't be backed by the DoD which is what you are referring to since Area 51 was a significant plot point and was still classified at the time.

  12. No just means it was approved by the CCP which banned movies such as Mission Impossible III and The Dark Knight they didn't even dare distribute there all for fear of offending China. The Departed is also banned there and it is a good movie.

  16. Not the map but showing an diagram called the Nine-Line Dash which is the area of the sea China claims (in short the entire sea). Probably have Barbie travel to a tropical location like the Phillipines.
