That and unlike World of Tanks or World of Warships, every vehicle is built in metal to some degree with no paper designs. (the closest we get to paper tanks are the E-100 which had a partially completed chassis and the Flakpanzer 341 (It only got to the mockup stage but it was little more than a Panther with a new turret.)

The game has three female characters, a French Resistance leader who is playable for the better part of a mission, an SOE Agent, and the Protagonist's love interest back home. That is 2/3 for the female characters being in active roles. During the Battle of Bulge, the platoon is joined by a black engineer who is the sole survivor of his unit, and a major character in the game is the group's Jewish soldier and I would argue he is one of the best characters in the game, not just because of his personality, but because his squad ability to give the player first aid kits is one of most useful abilities in the game.

An example Game of Thrones Season 8 infamous Starbucks cup. Another example, I recently re-watched Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and as much as I enjoy that movie, I was able to notice something most viewers were able to consciously miss. Namely the scene in the beginning where the Russians are gunning down the MPs at Hanger 51 one of the actors is clearly acting like he is firing his gun, but after a few shots, the gun stops firing as they were using non-firing replicas instead of blank-firing guns and added the muzzle flash on post-production.

As Jackson explained, he didn’t think the Uruk-Hai were capable of having the needed dexterity to properly use a traditional long bow and came up with the idea they use Crossbows instead because of that and is supported by the fact that Tolkien had the villains be more industrialized in general which a crossbow being cheap and easier to mass produce would fit with better than a longbow, and the Hobbit book makes a offhand mention that Goblins (which are basically Orcs with a different name because The Hobbit was intended for children) would at some develop even more advanced technology on par with the stuff used in World War I before the knowledge to make that was lost.

For example, Rise of Palpatine claiming that his big fleet 100,000 ships sounds impressive then you remember he would have to police 3 billion inhabitable planets plus five satellite galaxies with this fleet. Even if they can blow up planets that is no easy task for such as small fleet. And that isn't even getting to absurdly short time table for their deployment. I am saying all this because that is what the 300 strong army reminded me of. The writers probably thought that number was impressive in their head.

First they tried to take over Afghanistan before and failed and it is part of the reason Afghanistan is called the Graveyard of Empires. It was one of the first games I played where a players impacted the story and in the end I loved how the choices were handled. To quote Thanos "The hardest choices require the strongest wills." and Black Ops II had the player make some hard choices to get the best ending such as not killing the main villain and shooting Harper who was one the most memorable characters in the game, However in the end I would say it is all worth as the best ending where the villain lives and Section reunites with his father is easily the most satisfying. I was always disappointed that no other game prior to this picked up on this concept of player choices as it adds a new layer of depth to the story.

For example the villain gets captured on purpose in one mission and in the next he rips off The Dark Knight Rises to escape so why did he let himself get captured? Also the villain is a major step down from Raul Menedez the antagonist of the previous game. Menedez was a complex villain who had strong motivations and a compelling backstory. The villain of Ghosts is basically a former American soldier who was captured and tortured by the villains and now is evil because of that. He also has surprisingly little impact on the plot until the third act. After the failed capture, the game forgets about him as it then moves on trying to solve an ICBM launch. Finally the villain is ridiculously overpowered. In the final mission he survives getting several missiles launched from space at him getting shot point blank in the chest most likely the heart, and the bullet was still strong enough to penetrate another person and the window behind them and flood the train car and he doesn’t drown from that or even get inconvenienced. He still strong enough to break a grown man’s arm and drag them away to undergo the same torture session he did.

Bruce’s back was changed from being broken to being dislocated the dialog of the scene where it gets fixed mentions the vertebrae is sticking out and was getting put in the proper position. How much injuries it takes for people from a fall is not known even today and we see the potential risk with the first person who clearly hits the war after the drop. The cops are mention in the film are complacent and so making a dumb decision (which isn’t really that dumb as the sewers are huge and would require a large number to cops to do so) but not every cop goes in we see Deputy Commissioner Foley and others remain above ground to handle command and control. Bruce showing up makes sense as in the continuity of the last two movies we saw he had contacts who helped him travel covertly and preemptively answer another alleged “plot hole” they didn’t know he was Bruce Wayne so it is not like a lack of money would be an issue to get him to Gotham. The Dark Knight actually travel an even further distance (the movie indicates the Pit is in The Middle East while The Dark Knight has him travel to Hong Kong) under very similar circumstances. They just assumed the audience would remember the last two movies and decided to skip that part.

The WWII games always have alternative campaigns showing the British and Soviets most often, but Call of Duty 3 had the Canadians and the Poles, Black Ops doesn't focus on the Military but the CIA Special Activities Division and the MACV-SOG Advanced Warfare was focused on the PMC Atlas and later the Sentinels who are American, but they are joined by the end of the game by the rest of the world. Black Ops III focuses on a NATO successor organization and even more specifically than that, a rogue special forces team, Infinite Warfare is focused on a global organization that is commanded by the UN. The main character is American, but the factions headquarters is in Geneva, the ship's engineer is an Australian, the navigator is Italian, the XO and the best fighter pilot in the navy is Labenese, the aircraft handler is German, the leader of the Marine complement is a black Brit, the second leader after the original is killed during an operation is Irish as is the ship's chaplin, another one of the Marines is Canadian, another crew member is Nigerian, and the captain of the other main ship in the game is British. Also the Chinese being communists would be antagonist in this game set during the Cold War.

I only finished the first one so far played a bit of the second kinda hard to get invested in the game series because after 3 they strayed too far from the original premise by killing off Desmond. The entire premise was the game was like the Godfather Part II two time periods two different characters but they were connected but they ditched the modern play plot.
