  10. Extradition treaties. Basically, if someone commits in one country and gets captured in another, the country they were captured has to send them back to country they committed the offense in to be tried. The US has no formal treaty with China, but it does have one with Hong Kong.

  11.  @aver_nestress4570  No they were evil because they were genuinely evil. Saddam Hussein broke international law by using chemical weapons against the Kurds. Libya was run a ruthless dictator with a history of human rights abuses and the Yugoslavia wars had genocide at one stage. Also The US was going as part of the UN peace-keeping missions save for the Iraq War, but frankly Saddam should have been since the first Gulf War.
