  7. I am against it on principle. Social media is protected by the first amendment. The spyware is a different issue but not the reason UE thinks is worth banning it despite the legal grounds it gives.

  11. @ No it is pretty clear as that has been precedent for years. Hence why social media are call platforms meaning anyone can say what they want and the Government can’t stop them. Also you missed the rest of Article 19 which says the can government can impose “reasonable restrictions”. The First Amendment doesn’t have any such clause.
