I am calling bullshit on Call of Duty: WWII whitewashing. The game has three female characters, a French Resistance leader who is playable for the better part of a mission, an SOE Agent, and the Protagonist's love interest back home. That is 2/3 for the female characters being in active roles. During the Battle of Bulge, the platoon is joined by a black engineer who is the sole survivor of his unit, and a major character in the game is the group's Jewish soldier and I would argue he is one of the best characters in the game, not just because of his personality, but because his squad ability to give the player first aid kits is one of most useful abilities in the game.

@SzikrásAnna-火花安娜 They did address the segregation. As I mentioned, Howard's unit was wiped out save so he is not a formal member of the Big Red One. It is an unofficial integration.
