  18.  @MachineMan-mj4gj  It was actually an attempt at Heat the video game but the sequel really escalated from robbing banks to stealing nukes and fighting PMC’s. Most of the militant police forces are actually FBI HRT units though the Death Wish update had them replaced with the FBI-sanctioned Gensec Elites who are from a PMC and the One Down update when even the FBI couldn’t do anything has the Department of Homeland Fucking Security gunning for the gang
