  1. I honestly can buy it. There was a near miss incident of a runaway train with a toxic chemical load in May 2001. Thankfully it didn’t crash and nobody died but it was in the same state as this one.

  5. Pretty high actually. The movie was adapted from a book made in 1985 and we a near miss with a runaway train with a similarly dangerous load in 2001.

  13. Railway cabs are pretty well designed for safety. Also there are no conductors the term is engineer conductors refers to the people directing foot traffic onto passenger trains.

  17.  @miamijefe7793  I am pretty sure Europe doesn’t ban glue as that is what was on the train. Someone toxic by itself but can be used for important applications after it has been properly processed. The same goes for what was on this train which was a ingredient in making polymer and plastics.
