  4.  @HarenunHoppus  The woman wasn't pregnant. She did however have a young child in the house at the time he was threatening her.

  5. I am pretty sure that alone would be a big loss. But as she notes, traumatic incidents in someone's youth can lead to them developing serious mental illness later in life so that is something we should note and then there is damage to her apartment, I think her rent might have to be raised to pay for the damages.

  6. Well that is supposed to be a given. Procedure is that unless someone raises a gun to point it you, you can't shoot them.
