@Chicago_rox He didn’t overturn it. It was done by the Supreme Court during the Biden administration. And they had every reason to do so. Their decision was based on an implied right within an implied right ignoring the Amendment in the Constitution saying “Anything that isn’t said to be the job of the federal government is to given to the states.” This includes things such as abortion. It was a textbook case of legislating from the bench.

No his stance was clearly he thinks it should be up to the states. After all it is what the constitution said.

@coreyshapiro2440 Because slavery eventually became a matter of interstate commerce which puts it in federal jurisdiction. Not to mention it was only outlawed after the paranoid nutjobs started a war with the government over it.
