  1. Honestly the more hilarious part is people getting obsessed over Trump allegedly not touching the Bible. He did they clipped the swearing in out of context. The context was the swearing in happened a little bit late (both POTUS and VP traditionally get sworn in by noon but Trump was sworn in at a little after that time) so the Justice rushed through the oath starting before Trump could get his hand on the Bible for the first part.

  2. It is defined as crimes that are intended to strike fear to achieve their goals. I would say the cartel meets that definition mostly because they are using the assassinations to intimidate others into not opposing them. Not to mention there are few good definitions for a criminal organization that the government has to declare war against.
