Don Shepard No the negligence is on him for violently resisting arrest. Also you don't know what murder is.
2
Don Shepard Only when they violently resist arrest which he was doing. Under most US states, it was legal to kill when he escaped from the cops and jumped inot his car.
2
Don Shepard Did you miss him assaulting the officers?
2
No she had a Glock model of some type I can tell by the profile. No Glock has a manual safety they just have internal safety mechanisms to make it doesn't discharge without a trigger pull.
2
@KingofEuropa07 No a negligent discharge.
2
Definitely for the one who reached for an officer's gun.

@silkybuns799 Well when you kill a cop you have just arranged for your own funeral. Cops are notorious for killing cop killers. Back in 2006 cop killer Anglo Freeland was shot at 100 times buy the police and he was hit by 68 of those rounds and when asked why they shot at him so much the response was "That's all the bullets we had."
1
@mjames3756 Well if he didn't assault officer he would still be alive.
1
It will mean they only need to use live rounds.
1
Don Shepard Fascists wouldn't suggest that the cops quit because that is anti-authoritarian.
1
Yep I still remember when I once threw away my dog's dinner by accident.
1
As he said people make mistakes like that even when they are not in high-stress situations.
1
@rooksatwar No because he was resisting arrest and assaulted an officer.
1
No justifiable homicide under most jurisdictions deadly force would be allowed once he resisted arrest and fled into his car.
1
So you are telling me that you have never made a mistake at your workplace after working there for years?
1
Well honestly I think resisting arrest violently and/or assaulting an officer should reason for getting shot.
1
It kinda is because he assaulted the officers and tried to resist arrest in a vehicle. Under most jurisdictions, that is justifiable homicide.
1
High-stress situations create a form of tunnel vision.

The Tazer is already bright yellow.

@freedomoperator6502 This one of the only cases this happened. It is rarer than you think.
1
I would also think that since he had to assault the officers to flee deadly force should be allowed.
