  10. America has so many prisoners as we have the third largest population in the world behind in India and China and no universal death penalty. Also only about 8% of prisoners are in private prisons and their contracts can be revoked at any time.

  26. A warning shot is the first shot you fire at a person aiming center of mass. If you hit them or miss it should give them the sense to walk away hopefully. If not, then continue firing
