  2. It depends. The definition is broad. For example Gustav Krupp the head of one of the many German companies that supported the regime YouTube can’t let me name was declared mentally unfit to stand trial at Nuremberg on account of a stroke he suffered.

  3.  @desiprioleau It was for Gustav Krupp. Of course he was declared because of a stroke. Or more recently Biden wasn’t investigated for the documents he kept because it was believed no jury would deem mentally competent to stand trial but somehow he was also mentally competent enough to be in the Oval Office.
