  9. The death penalty is more moral in this case. He ain't getting out of prison as he has no chance of parole so he would be a dead man walking. Might as well make it quick for him and not prolong the suffering.

  11. You can't charge with conspiracy but there is Felony Murder. Since one of them pulled the trigger and both stole the car, the murder is on both of them as Grand Theft Auto is a felony.

  14. It is either instant death or leaving them to rot in a cell for the rest of their lives. Death Penalty is a mercy for them as it is that or a slow and painful death in prison.
