  2. Except cultural migration is a thing. Like the Great Migration of African Americans to the northern states. Or in Brazil there was a major case of migration to the cities from the more rural regions of the country in the 1960s.

  11. The third amendment was ruled to not apply to police as they aren’t part of the military. And it makes sense as legally the two groups have to separate and can’t operate like the other.
