  2.  @johnellis5820  No that is a misused quote. The phrase originates from a now over-turned Supreme Court case where it said the government could censor free speech. This isn't a first amendment violation he pulled a fire alarm when there was no fire which already illegal.

  4.  @sydtopia1  You realize that real fires don't stay still right? If the fire alarm is pulled and a building has to be evacuated, that is going cause a delay and it matches with the Democrats other actions that day.
