  1.  @Pancakegr8  The first take isn't reasonable. The Constitution says quite clearly the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. i.e. it should be unrestricted.

  2. Of the relevant crime. They weren't innocent as their alibi was they didn't do it because they were assaulting people in a different part of the park. You could tell why it is an uphill battle for them.

  6.  @whateverwhatever4026  There is a thing call the Lockhart Exchange Principle. Put simply, DNA isn't some smoking gun. When two objects come into contact, DNA is exchanged. So if they sat on a park bench she was on earlier that day they could get her DNA on them. Plus they had an alibi namely they were attacking other people in a different part of the park when the assault happened.
