Also I would point out the legal ages of things change all the time and as mentioned in the video, it is legal for someone Kyle's to drink in Wisconsin to if they were accompanied by a parent or guardian which he was. It wasn't his gun, legally it belonged to his friend. Also jumping bail doesn't mean he committed premeditated murder. Premeditated murder means he committed premeditated murder but he didn't it was self-defense you ignore the fact he worked in Kenosha and claim he went on a cross-country shooting spree. He wasn't going around the nation he worked in that city and he shot people who armed and attacking him. That is self-defense not murder. Also He didn't own the gun or cross state lines with it. It was owned by a friend of his and he borrowed it and he was legally of age to use a borrowed firearm in this manner.

  14.  @Sassssky  Ah yeahs you are going to need to accept the facts. Kyle's arrest warrant was for a very basic technicality. He didn't jump bail. He was told to move by the local police chief. So at worst he was the victim of intrapment.

  16. Well it legal to give a firearm to someone under 18 which happened here. The gun was his friend's but there is not law against giving a firearm to someone under 18.
