  3. Well only if it is needed. For example, the fact Andrew almost ran over an Officer makes him guilty of assaulting an officer. That tends to be reason to use lethal force.

  17. You know nothing about firearms. They don't use clips they use magazines and they didn't unload a full magazine they fired only 14 shots and those cops are using rifles with 30 round STANAG mags.

  28. One of them was assault and they couldn't open fire before he drove away because they circled the vehicle if they all fired they would end up killing each other. Second rule of gun safety always know what is behind your target.
