  11.  @StarfishPrime1969  That is real police work. Traffic violations are still crimes that can be fined or prosecuted. Plus Some people who don't follow traffic laws tend to have more serious charges going on too as demenstrated by both broken windows policing and historical examples such as Ted Bundy who was caught because he was driving without his headlights on.
