  3. Trains aren’t regulated on a federal level so no. Unless there was a US Marshal or FBI agent on that train it isn’t federal.

  5. Not really the Pinkerton don’t exist in the same way today as they did back then. They now operate in Switzerland I think and too busy suing Western Games with Pinkerton villains. Also we don’t have cabooses anymore.
