I would advocate having the company take a page out of Sherman’s book and destroy the city so it can be rebuilt from the ground. And I live in the Atlanta area.

As a resident of the larger metropolitan area I feel sorry this city has been so terrible for so long. At this point I say we might need another Sherman to come visit the city and hope the rebuilt city is less corrupt and full of crime.

Neither did the other house Sean suggested was the intended for demolition.

Sean this wasn’t in a classier area of Atlanta, this incident happened in Southwest Atlanta this is the area locals call SWAT for a reason. It is crime-ridden.
7
In the Atlanta city, probably never. The city started out as an accident and it got far far worse when Sherman burned it down.

GPS is a thing. It shouldn’t hard to reach the right address.

Well the USPS is a joke like the city of Atlanta.

Sherman: I am just demolishing a city no need to double and triple check it stays demolished what could possibly go wrong?

@NinjaKittyBonks I am not even sure the area was that highly developed. The news report puts in Southwest Atlanta which is known by locals as the SWAT due the crime rate being bad even by the standards of the city. For a specific example my uncle used to be Forest Park Fire Department which is south of Atlanta. He mentioned they once considered seriously arming their firefighters because crime was that bad.
2
@NinjaKittyBonks I can agree on that.

Maybe they should destroy it all. This is SouthWest Atlanta or locals call it SWAT as it is the part of the city even the regular cops feel they need them to go do their jobs.

I am still in the Alanta area and I have to agree. When my paternal grandmother passed away she lived in Foulton (thankfully away from the Atlanta area) and we sold the land her house was on to be demolished. Last I checked it was still standing years after it was sold.
2
Nah that is plot of John Wick Chapter 2

I would argue the dark forces were there from the beginning. Remember Atlanta was an accident because some railroads had to end at a spot in North Georgia and somehow we decided to use this place as the state capital.

It isn’t funny. It would be funny if it belonged to a city official maybe.
1
That would be an improvement. As disabilities don’t affect job performance in this instance.
1
How about we get a much of Georgians to LARP Sherman? After all those liberal tree hugger maniacs from all over the country went all the way to Atlanta to LARP in police training center.
1
The whole city of Atlanta is even more corrupt.
1
No this is Atlanta. Everything about the city is a mistake. Source I live in the Atlanta area.
1
@emsnewssupkis6453 I would think you have to do an interior inspection before you demolish any place.
1
I only remember it exists because of my bitterness over them forcing the Braves to movie. That and I love consistently making jokes about how the city was one mistake after another historically with the biggest one in its history is probably Sherman not making sure it remain ashes.

As a resident of an Atlanta metropolitan area (about one hour away from the city proper) it is, to quote an old show pulled from re-runs due to wokeism, been wrong since Sherman burned it down. My family almost never visits the city now because in addition to being a crime-ridden liberal stronghold with a history of mayoral corruption, the Braves the only sports team I care about don’t even play in Atlanta anymore they moved out 6 years ago due to the city not even caring to support them.

No this is small government idiocy.

@SirDenzington89 No legally anything that aids the enemy is fair game to attack. And as he didn’t kill any civilians, it was all within the rules of warfare.
1
@SirDenzington89 Not really a difference of opinion there is only set of accept rules of war.
