  4.  @elizabethkraszewski6603  Peterson was given a lesser punishment because he was charged with reckless or negligent endangerment which is a misdemeanor while what Vick did caused him to be charged with multiple felonies.

  5. Except if we are looking at the sentences for both, Hill was given a harsher sentence and Vick still got to play after he finished his sentence. He was signed on with the Eagles shortly after his sentence was finished.

  9. Sean what you did with Stalworth and Vic is a strawman. The two situations aren't because of dog moms or crap like that is it because Stalworth was a case of manslaughter (i.e. an accidental homicide) while Vick had multiple counts of animal cruelty on his rapsheet.

  11. And the incident he used to compare it isn't comparable. It would be like comparing Rittenhouse to Serial Killer John Wayne Gacy. Stallworth only had DUI and Manslaughter to be charged with. Vick had so much more on his charges and multiple counts of each charge.

  14. And legally what Stallworth was at worst manslaughter so that and DUI were all he could be charged with one count each. Vick had multiple counts of gambling, animal cruelty, racketeering etc.

  15. And the issue was the intent. The other guy he mentioned was drunk so it was manslaughter not murder and he deliberately picked homicide to make it sound worse. Vick had multiple counts of animal cruelty, gambling etc.

  16.  @DeviousDan84  Legally what he did was manslaughter which isn't the same as murder. As Sean mentions Murder requires intend so Manslaughter is the worst charge he could get. And Vic had multiple crimes to his name.
