  3. No, ceramic is harder than tooth enamel and ceramic fillings don’t flex like natural teeth do, so ceramic risks doing damage to the opposing tooth. The fiberglass option she talks about here is much better. Try to find the video here where she interviews a biomimetic dentist (or maybe he was an endodontist) where they talked about this.

  6.  @Coco-572 , that’s terrible. He needs to stop that immediately and get on Dr. Ellie Phillips’ Complete Mouth Care Statement ASAP to try to reverse that damage as soon as possible. It may take 2 years or longer to heal that—if it’s not too far gone already.

  8. Definitely not. She also says not to dilute it anymore but to use it at full strength—but only until it starts burning, and then immediately spit it out. As your oral health improves, you should be able to rinse for longer before it starts burning, but never rinse with it for more than 1 minute. Then always follow that immediately with the ACT rinse for 1 minute.
