Well is shale gas and is not very green to extract it! 60 percent of it was off the southern coast but with Crimea now Russian and all the territory taken in the south Russia has now control of virtually all of it! The US doesn't recognise the ICC and in the past has said that the US reserves the right to use military force to free US citizens held in the Hague or detained on the ICC behalf! Biden has said that the ICC warrant is ridiculous and will be disputed, but said nothing in regards to Putin!
