Well is shale gas and is not very green to extract it! 60 percent of it was off the southern coast but with Crimea now Russian and all the territory taken in the south Russia has now control of virtually all of it! The North East of Ukraine has shale gas so its claimed but Russia is now in control of half of that!Doesn't leave much for Zelenskiy! Only a peace agreement can bring any sort of normally to Ukraine!
