@Mark-Haddow ICC is a political court! Is only used as a political tool and is many leaders that play the game and are overlooked by the court! The US doesn't recognise the ICC and in the past has said that the US reserves the right to use military force to free US citizens held in the Hague or detained on the ICC behalf! Biden has said that the ICC warrant is ridiculous and will be disputed, but said nothing in regards to Putin!
