Zelenskiy and Co had been interested in developing nuclear weapons for sometime. Zelenskiy visited Pakistan in 2021 just for that purpose. So Zelenskiy can use nuclear blackmail, that's ok. Zelenskiy claims he has 7tons of plutonium that can be used for crude nuclear dirty bombs.
