  1. A deal was done with the Rebels in Damascus, Russia wouldn't interfere with the Rebels activities. The Rebels don't have an airforce, Israeli air strikes have seen to that. So alot equipment maybe deployed elsewhere. Turkish forces occupying the northwest of Syria are not interested in Russian forces to the south. It's the Kurds in the northeast that is of concern to Turkey.
